Stall Holders
Please book early for 2027.
The deadline for this year is Saturday 19th June 2027. Refunds can not be given after 1st June 2027.
Stallholders set up from 1oam. There should be no movement of vehicles after 11.30am.

Every year, we like to support local charities at the Cippenham Carnival.

To book a stall for this years carnival complete the booking form below and return with the correct fee.
Early Bird booking fees, for forms and fees received by 31st January 2027:
Charity £20
Craft £30
Commercial £80
After 31st January fees increase to:
Charity £25
Craft £35
Commercial £90
Refunds can not be made after 1st June 2027
Car Show
If you would like to bring along your Classic, Super-car or Show Car, to show at the carnival, please contact

If you wish to show your car, please arrive between 9am and 11.00am.
A fee of £5 per car, £2 per motorbike is payable on the day to enter for
"Best in Show"
